Tinymovr R5.3 is a compact, high-performance brushless motor controller designed for robotics applications. The integrated absolute angle sensor eliminates the need for external encoders, saving space and wiring complexity. With 25A continuous phase current and Field Oriented Control (FOC), it delivers precise position, velocity, and torque control in demanding applications. The 32-bit ARM Cortex M4F runs control loops at 20kHz for responsive performance. Multiple connectivity options include CAN, UART, as well as SPI and Hall external sensor support. Its ultra-compact design mounts directly to the back of the motor, making it ideal for robot arms, actuators, gimbals, and other space-constrained motion control applications.
No soldering required! Tinymovr includes screw terminals for the motor phases and power supply (not pictured).
