Unveiling the Latest Tinymovr R5.2

We're pleased to bring you our new R5.2 brushless motor controller. Designed with user feedback and experience in mind, we've incorporated several significant improvements to the already reliable and popular Tinymovr R5 model.
The R5.2 in Detail

The new Tinymovr R5.2 offers several key enhancements:

  • Increased drive capacitance: The R5.2 comes with a boost in drive capacitance to 200μF, providing better handling of large currents in . This update ensures smoother operation and longevity of your motor controller.
  • New 6-pin connectors for easy external sensor connection: We understand the importance of sensor feedback in robotics. That's why the R5.2 includes new 6-pin connectors, making it simpler than ever to connect external sensors. This feature allows you to accurately measure and control your project's dynamics.
  • Improved PCB layout for better efficiency: We've refined the R5.2's PCB layout, which results in greater efficiency and reliability. This design modification further enhances the controller's performance and durability.

Maintaining Core Tinymovr Features

Tinymovr R5.2 continues to provide the features that make Tinymovr a favorite among our users:

  • Versatile Control Modes: Tinymovr offers precise control in position, velocity, and torque modes, and also offers an acceleration-limited trajectory planner, and sensorless homing.
  • Integrated Absolute Magnetic Angle Sensor: Tinymovr integrates an accurate angle sensor for a compact, clean setup and enhanced dynamics.
  • Efficient Power Stage: Optimized power stage design for enhanced energy efficiency.
  • Compact Size: Tinymovr is a compact solution without compromising on power or functionality. The R5.2 continues this, offering seamless integration with your brushless motor.

With the introduction of the Tinymovr R5.2, we're excited to see how our community will continue to push the boundaries of robotics.
