Academic Sponsorships & Team Support

At Motionlayer, we are proud to support academic teams and engineering clubs pushing the boundaries of robotics and embodied AI. We offer selective sponsorships for teams participating in high-profile, recognized competitions and events.

Please Note: Our sponsorship program is highly selective. We evaluate applications based on the event's reach, the technical rigor of the project, and the potential for Motionlayer brand visibility. This is not a general discount program.

How The Process Works:

1. Apply: Submit your sponsorship application detailing your team, the event, and your technical proposal.
2. Evaluation: We review your application and determine if your team qualifies for a sponsorship tier (a partial reimbursement percentage). You will be notified of your approval status and tier before making any purchases.
3. Purchase: Order your required Motionlayer hardware through our store at the standard retail price.
4. Compete & Document: Integrate our hardware, compete in your event, and capture high-quality marketing material (photos, videos, social media mentions) as agreed upon.
5. Reimbursement: Once the agreed-upon marketing material and proof of publicity are provided to our team, we will reimburse the sponsored percentage of your initial purchase.

• Team Name and Academic Institution
• Event/Competition Name and Dates
• Brief Technical Description of your project
• Required Motionlayer Hardware (Bill of Materials)
• Proposed Marketing & Visibility Plan (How Motionlayer will be represented at the event)
